1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pose Camera - Photogen iOS app ("Photogen"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Photogen is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or the custom terms Apple presents with the App Store) where applicable.
2. The service
Photogen helps you recreate poses using a reference photo and a ghost overlay on the live camera. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee any particular photographic result.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Photogen. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
4. Free tier and Premium
The free experience may include a limited number of watermark-free exports (currently one). Additional watermark-free exports and other Premium benefits require an active subscription or entitlement as shown in the app.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store (for example weekly and annual plans). Prices are those shown by Apple at the time of purchase for your storefront.
- The annual plan may include a free trial when offered in the App Store (for example a 7-day trial). Trial availability and length can vary by region and offer.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the equivalent Apple subscriptions page).
- Restoring purchases is available in the app for eligible App Store transactions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
- Use the app for unlawful content or activity
- Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law
- Abuse invite, credit, or trial systems
7. Your content and device data
You are responsible for the photos and content you import or capture. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content in the app. Reference and capture media remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. It is part of how we operate the service alongside these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Photogen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Photogen subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
